This is what some morning commuters on I-91 in Springfield near the Longmeadow line saw on Wednesday around 8 am.
A car engulfed in flames near Exit 2 prompted state police to close the northbound lanes, MassLive reported.
Luckily, there were no injuries reported in the blaze.
The burning car had Connecticut plates.
