A 77 year-old driver from Framingham, Mass. crashed his car into a Newton deli and struck a woman inside the building.
According to news reports, the car first jumped the curb, and crashed inside the deli injuring one woman who was reading a menu inside Barry's Village Deli.
The woman was transported to Newton Wellesley Hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries. The senior driver was also injured and was transported to the same hospital.
It wasn't clear what caused the crash.
