Holbrook Woman Ejected from Car in Foxboro Crash

A 31-year-old Holbrook woman, who has yet to be identified, was ejected from her Mercury Sable in a two-vehicle crash on Route 495 in Foxboro early Tuesday morning. The other driver involved, an unnamed 57-year-old man also from Holbrook, was operating a Pontiac Grand Prix.

Emergency workers responded to the scene of the accident a little before 7:00am in the area of Exit 13 on the highway.  The driver of the Pontiac did not require medical treatment as a result of the crash.  The unidentified woman, however, was taken to a local hospital for treatment of serious injuries.  Her status is currently unknown.

Police are continuing to investigate how the two vehicles were involved in the crash.
