NH Man Dies in North Andover 3-Car Accident

Raymond Leclerc, 47, of Manchester, N.H., was pronounced dead at the scene of a crash that involved 3 cars early this past Monday morning on Route 114 in North Andover.

The Eagle Tribune reports that Leclerc crashed into an electrical supply truck around 5:30am near the Royal Crest apartments and Merrimack College, by the intersection of Route 125.  Thomas Dantoni, also of Manchester, NH, was operating the supply truck and was able to get himself out of the truck following the collision before his truck caught on fire.  Dantoni suffered minor injuries and was taken to an area hospital for treatment. The third driver involved in the accident, Brent Thompson, sustained minor injuries as well and was also treated at a local hospital.  It is unclear at this time how Thompson was involved in the crash.

Police cordoned off Route 114 going in both directions for the duration of the morning commute while the scene was cleared and reconstruction teams analyzed the scene.

Our thoughts are with those who were involved in the tragic crash.
