Everett Woman Causes Deadly Waterford, CT Crash

Dina Senibaldi, 26, of Everett was allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs when she hit a Jeep Grand Cherokee in front of her driven by Edmund Davis, 52, on I-395 in Waterford, CT last Friday evening near Exit 77. The impact caused the Jeep to flip over and crash into a guardrail. According to an article in The Day, one of the Jeep’s passengers, Lisa Delprete, 45, of North Haven, CT, succumbed to serious injuries later that night at a local hospital. Davis was listed in fair condition earlier this week. Marirose Lynch, 25, also of Everett was a passenger in Senibaldi’s car and suffered minor injuries in the crash.

Senibaldi has been charged with DUI, drug possession and also driving without a license and faced those charges in New London Superior Court this past Monday. She had failed a field sobriety test following the crash and police reported that she had bloodshot eyes and exhibited slurred speech. Officials are continuing to investigate the deadly drunk driving accident and are considering additional charges against Senibaldi.
